Job Description:
LBHS provides in-home/community based one on one psycho-social rehabilitation therapy and behavior interventions for children / adults within the AZ special needs community (our patient population struggles with both developmental disabilities and behavior health diagnosis).
Our vulnerable patient population presents with complex and challenging behaviors that place them at risk of losing community or home placement.
Quality coaches help identify member strengths and needs and foster life skills training and social/emotional development in real time helping members learn to thrive in natural environments.
We work with families and youth in their homes, and out in their community teaching a variety of skills ranging from skills for daily living to social and emotional self-regulation.
Our direct support behavior health coaching staff work primarily in Group Homes and Parent Homes / out in the community and are trained in developmental disabilities and behavior health intervention therapy with a focus on complex behavior management.

Full/part time flexible positions with benefits for eligible employees Behavior Health Technician / Coach starting @ $18 earn up to $20 Must be 21 years of age to apply! Must be an AZ resident and available for an in-person interview Experience and ability to work with challenging behaviors required Valid Driver's License required Reliable transportation required Current CPR-FA certification is required (don't have one we will train) AZ Class one Fingerprint Clearance Card or the ability to obtain one prior to employment is required.
(We will help you apply) Pre-employment background check for all employees is required Must be able to pass a drug test pre-employment and upon request ALL LBHS BHT COACHING STAFF - receive regular 6 months employee reviews and are eligible for minimum $1 raise each year.
After a minimum 6 months of field work current LBHS Behavior Coaching staff in good standing are eligible to promote internally to Case Management positions (Case Managers start at $21 salary and can earn up to $26) Job Type:
