HERO offers a flexible schedule and is focused on outcomes.
We are open seven days a week.
Saturdays are mandatory days if not scheduled off in advance.
We require working five days per week and encourage a minimum of 30 hours.
Sunday:
Open but subject to the marketing director's availability.
No in-office meetings.
Your local market owner will advise the schedule.
Monday:
Required in-office days for our 8:
30-9:
30am morning meeting.
On-site attendance is required.
Getting on the doors immediately after is encouraged, particularly to have greater success with same-day appointments.
However, you need to be on the doors by no later than 12pm.
Tuesday:
Every other Tuesday is our company-wide meeting from 8:
30-9:
30am MST.
On-site attendance is required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
