Experience:
o 24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience is required.
o Travel experience is preferred.
Requirements:
o Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license in hand at the time of application.
o This role will require floating to multiple units o Flu vaccination required for onboarding.

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role.

No RTO CPI offered onsite Banner cannot accommodate or guarantee travel pairs or trios.
Shift Notes:
36 hours schedule/24 hours guaranteed Must be willing to float to units where experienced Weekend schedule to be determined by facility On Call Requirements:
On call schedule to be determined by facility No candidates with an AZ home address on their drivers license will be considered - please include a copy in submission Minimum 24 months of current ICU experience - REQUIRED No Nursys Hits - REQUIRED Banner will not approve RTO within the first two weeks or holidays.
Can not exceed 7 days.
Active License (verification must be less than 30 days old) Certifications (must be active at time of submission) ACLS BLS must be AHA NO LOCALS - Clinicians cannot be local (have a permanent address in the state of AZ) to be considered.
Maximum days off:
7 days 2 references from last 24 months (Any reference type) Proof of identification required to apply Certifications:
o BLS (Basic Life Support) o ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Skills Checklist:
