The ideal candidate would have strong organizational skills with the ability to proactively manage and complete tasks with strong attention to detail.
Prior administrative experience is preferred, but not required.
Initial pay would be based on experience but growth opportunities and bonuses are available for mastering skills that we teach you.
We are looking for someone to work 25-40 hours per week during our normal business hours (M-F between 9 a.
m.
and 5 p.
m.
) in our Mesa office (Power and Southern).
Job duties would include, but not be limited to, answering phones, drafting / printing / organizing legal documents, learning paralegal tasks, and scheduling appointments.
