- Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls and assisting customers with inquiries or concerns.
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company database.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and calendar management.
- Serve as a front desk representative, greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate department.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer inquiries or escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
Qualifications:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
- Strong administrative and clerical skills.
- Proficient in data entry and file management.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of office procedures and equipment.
