This is an in-office position that requires a positive personality and an empathetic nature.
Duties:
Going over the treatment options and pricing with potential patients Verifying insurance Schedule and confirm patient appointments Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from patients Provide administrative support to medical staff, such as preparing documents and managing correspondence Requirements Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and record keeping Familiarity with order entry systems and basic computer literacy skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Excellent attention to detail and proofreading abilities Knowledge of dental or medical office procedures is a plus Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism Note:
