This is the perfect position for someone with great attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will be able to effectively communicate with children, parents, and staff and have prior Kids Club management experience, or similar.
Applicants must have a love for taking care of the needs and providing a safe environment to children ranging in age from two months to twelve years of age.

Childcare Essential Purpose:
Lead, coach, and train the Kids Club team to provide a safe, fun, and active environment for children.

To create loyal, lifelong fans and exercise practitioners.

Building and equipment maintenance and safety Accountabilities:

Greeting/Farewell to all that walk in/out of the front door 2.
Childcare training, coaching, success, and problem resolution of front desk staff 3.
Scheduling of Childcare 4.
Check-Ins, including guest and employee 5.
Safety and reporting of daily incidents/injuries 6.
Maintain with compliance and knowledge of state/county/city requirements Other Requirements:
Must successfully pass a background check CPR certification required within 30 days of hire Job Type:
