Experience:
o 24 months of role experience is required. o Travel experience is preferred. Requirements:
o Candidates must have a license in hand at the time of application. o This role will require floating to multiple units o Flu vaccination required to apply. Religious and medical declinations accepted. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. to be determined by facility No license hits - required Banner cannot accommodate or guarantee travel pairs or trios. Banner will not approve RTO within the first two weeks or holidays. Must be willing to float to units where experienced. No candidates with an AZ home address on their drivers license will be considered. Minimum 24 months of Level I Trauma Interventional Radiology experience - required No RTO within the first 2 weeks of the assignment. Maximum days off:
