Qualifications:
The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Enterprise Cybersecurity Operations Center Manager to join the team in either Herndon, VA; Hazelwood, MO; or Mesa, AZ.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the Boeing Cybersecurity Operation Center (CSOC) which provides 7x24x365 continuous monitoring of Boeing and subsidiary Information Technology (IT) environments for cybersecurity alerts, anomalies, and attacks.
The manager will proactively assess priorities and remediates cybersecurity incidents, protecting Boeing from external and internal cyber threats, ensuring compliance with business critical, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
This position requires a leader with an understanding of managing a 7x24x365 operations center, information security technologies, practices, and policies with detailed knowledge of how to apply cybersecurity operations across traditional infrastructure and multiple cloud environments.
The position maintains broad customer engagement across all levels of the enterprise, requiring excellent written and oral communications skills.
This position partners closely with groups across the entire Information Technology and Data Analytics (IT&DA) organization, as well as external peer organizations, partners, and vendors.
The CSOC Manager will report directly to the Cybersecurity Operations Senior Manager.
Position
Responsibilities:
Support the development and maintenance of information security monitoring and triage across the global enterprisePartner with key leaders across the enterprise to identify and develop best practices for the security orchestration processDevelop and maintain metrics for the Cybersecurity Operations programEnsure the 24x7x365 monitoring coverageIdentify, monitor, and mitigate risks pertaining to the enterprise cybersecurity monitoring program within the Information Technology Risk Management ProgramMonitor information security trends and evolving technologies; liaise with external partners, to ensure that the organization maintains a strong, proactive security posture; keep senior management informed of any current or pending risksEnsure the core competencies and training of the team are current and commensurate with the threatParticipate in tabletop exercises, develop, and train junior leaders on the teamWork with strategy, architecture, and operational teams to represent cybersecurity operations during the digital transformation and expansion into cloud computing environmentsSupport audit, policy, and compliance functions as they pertain to the cybersecurity operations centerLiaise and coordinate with legal, global trade controls, and global privacy offices regarding the security monitoring and triage across the global domainDevelop and execute departmental plans, budgets, policies, procedures and organizational technical strategies, goals, and objectivesDevelop and execute integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals and objectivesAcquire resources for organizational activities, provides technical management to suppliers and leads process improvementsDevelop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reportsProvide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processesManage and provide developmental opportunities for employeesThis position is hybrid.
The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.

S Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.
An interim and/or final U.
