Titan Solar Power is currently seeking an experienced and driven Renewable Energy Coordinator to join our team.
Summary:
The Renewable Energy Coordinator is responsible for preparing, reviewing and submitting a high volume of applications ensuring compliance with all relevant state specific entities.
Responsibilities:
Act as a Direct Respondent for Interdepartmental Communications Train Incoming Processing Specialists Oversee day to day Operations in their perspective region Actively engage in departmental process improvement Monitor Pipeline activity and aid in eliminating current and potential delays Continue to execute job expectations associated with the processing specialist title Identify common issues and develop suitable solutions and processes.
Address incoming inquiries in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
Project Management Follow up on inquiries about project status in a timely, efficient, and professional manner Flexibility and ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment Proficient with Mac IOS applications such as NetSuite, Adobe Acrobat, MS Office, GSuite Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment Ability to manage time effectively and work under a manager that is remote Ability to navigate and respond in our project managing CRM NetSuite.
Be comfortable with receiving inbound and making outbound calls relative to project status.
Complete Disclosure requests and communicate with homeowners for required signatures Complete third party applications with SRECTrade and Carbon Solutions once the project has been commissioned.
Complete all REC applications in markets that offer RECs Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Able to keep track of project status and follow up Outgoing by nature and be customer service oriented Exceptional attention to detail Excellent communication skills Highly efficient multitasking skills Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong work ethic Proactive problem solver with effective communication Being bilingual is an ideal qualification, but not required Renewable Energy background preferred Alternate sitting or standing at will Crouching or bending Ability to lift up to 15 pounds Able to travel up to 20% of the time Benefits Offered:
