Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and dependable Security Guard to work at our shopping plaza.
As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our shopping plaza by keeping transients off the site, maintaining a constant visible deterrent presence while walking throughout the property, and conducting hourly tours while hitting checkpoints.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a constant visible deterrent presence while walking throughout the property Conduct hourly tours while hitting checkpoints Keep transients off the site Respond to emergencies and incidents that may occur on the property Communicate effectively with management, other employees, and customers Monitor security cameras and alarms Ensure all security policies and procedures are being followed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED Ability to work independently Ability to work in a team environment Ability to follow instructions and procedures Good communication and customer service skills Reliable and dependable Awake and alert at all times Must be available to work weekends Ability to work overtime when needed If you are a dedicated and reliable individual who takes pride in maintaining a safe and secure environment, we encourage you to apply for this position.
