Sundial Real Estate of Mesa, AZ is looking for qualified Maintenance Technicians to join our growing team.
We manage about 1900 units and we are looking to add some new members to our growing team! We have a good mixture of multi-family and single-family homes.
You will be responsible for general maintenance as well as turning units to get them rent ready.

Minimum 1 year experience as a maintenance technician Must have experience and general knowledge doing apartment and/or house maintenance Must have your own vehicle (reliable transportation) Must have an active Driver's License Must be able to undergo a Background Check Must have your own tools If you do not have any of the above, please do not apply Responsibilities for the Maintenance Technician:
Doing a punch list, figuring out what needs to be done with unit that has been vacated Completing work orders Checks all lights and replace as necessary Replace or repair windows, latches, screens, hinges, sliding glass doors, shelves, baseboards, mirrors, closets Check applicable appliances and inform the Manager of problems or if it's out of your scope of ability Assist in changing or removing appliances from apartment Make keys when necessary Check faucet sink plugs and repair/replace as necessary.
Replace washer when needed.
Perform other repairs to sinks, bathtubs, etc.
, when warranted Prep and paint all vacant units Repair or replace curtains, mini-blinds, ceiling fans, etc.
Repair plaster holes in walls, paint as necessary Inspect bathroom tiles, perform minor repairs/replacements Change A/C filters Job Type:
