Work in and out of retail stores maintaining communication with staff.
Utilize specific hand tools and equipment related to essential duties.
Lift, bend, and carry up to 80 pounds.
Work off ladders.
Drive company vehicles.
Must possess a valid Arizona driver's license (minimum of Class D) upon employment and maintain throughout employment.
Post-offer of employment, selected candidates must possess an acceptable driving record which is 5 or fewer points in the most recent 39 month period from date of hire.
Most work hours will be Mon - Friday 7am - 3:
30pm but may be required to work various shifts as projects arise, including nights, weekends, and holidays depending on the project.
Experience In:
Some plumbing experience Electrical troubleshooting, repair and/or maintenance Carpentry repair and/or maintenance HVAC maintenance and minor troubleshooting Replace air filters Clean coils with a coil comb along with flushing of the coils.
Some lock/door hardware experience Basic computer use Perform small drywall repairs, including paint touch-up of drywall repairs.
Work within a team environment and contribute to team goals.
Use the ability to clearly communicate to perform essential functions.
Provide minor plumbing repairs Maintain and replace damaged ceiling tiles Desired Characteristics Excellent interpersonal skills in order to interact positively with a wide range of people.
Customer service-oriented.
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Physical requirements include stooping, kneeling, standing, walking, reaching, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 80 lbs.
