- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service - Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them - Assess customer vehicle needs and recommend appropriate services - Provide estimates for services and obtain customer approval - Schedule appointments and manage service orders - Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs - Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicles - Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of payments received Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of automotive services and repairs - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using computer systems for scheduling and record keeping - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of duties and requirements.
