The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and some experience with tax credit compliance.
This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can multitask, work independently, and provide exceptional customer service to residents.
Responsibilities:
Ensure the property complies with all tax credit requirements.
Manage and supervise office and maintenance staff.
Manage resident relations and communication, ensuring resident satisfaction.
Oversee rent collection and delinquency management.
Prepare and submit financial reports and budgets.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs and maintenance Ensure property safety and security procedures are in place and followed.
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with all regulations.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with local government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and other community groups.
Requirements:

years of experience in property management, preferably in tax credit properties.
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws, and federal, state, and local laws and regulations pertaining to property management and tax credit compliance.
