Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide additional information Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
Fluent in English, Spanish a plus (written and verbal) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong data entry skills with attention to detail Ability to think outside the box and embrace training tools Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication techniques We offer competitive pay, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for career growth.
