As a Fulfillment Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our shipping processes at our fulfillment sites.
Your expertise in processing orders, handling paperwork, and coordinating with drivers will contribute to our devotion to exceptional service.
You will also handle scheduling, receiving, claims processing, and provide administrative support to our team.
What You'll Get Hiring for 1st & 2nd Shift! 5am - 1:
30am OR 2pm - 10:
30pm Pay starting at $21.
50/hour
shift premium depending on hours worked:
(3pm - 11pm
$1.
50/hour) and (11pm - 5am
$2.
00/hour) Weekly payday on every Friday! Total job benefits valued at more than $10k .

What You'll Do Process and accurately bill shipping orders while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
Prepare Bills of Lading (BOL) and shipping paperwork efficiently to ensure timely dispatch.
Interact with drivers to facilitate pickup and delivery of loads, ensuring efficient coordination.
Schedule inbound loads, oversee the receiving schedule, and process relevant paperwork.
Utilize effective communication via phone and email including the field inbox to ensure strong field partnerships.
Efficiently process and handle vendor breakage claims while maintaining organized claim files.
Create visually appealing flyer tags for shipping, ensuring clear and informative labeling.
Process Fed Ex store shipments, iProcurement orders, and generate accurate reporting.
Conduct thorough research to resolve any issues and provide prompt and effective replies.
Demonstrate flexibility by undertaking additional duties assigned by management as needed.
What You'll Need Must be 18 years of age or older.
Some administrative or coordination experience is preferred, strong preference to candidates with experience in supporting logistics, warehousing, supply chain, distribution, or other related operations.
Experience and knowledge using Microsoft programs including Access, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Experience with or willingness to learn Oracle and AS/400.
A solutions mindset with excellent attention to detail.
