We are in search of a Patient Scheduler who is outgoing, friendly, and has awesome customer service skills to join our team.

Answer phone calls, emails, and faxes from patients and referring doctors Schedule, confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments based on patient needs Maintain appropriate schedules for Doctors following guidelines set by Practice Administrator
Qualifications:
Professional and positive attitude Strong customer service skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work with interruptions and manage multiple priorities Dental office experience is a plus but not required We offer a complete compensation package including medical benefits, vacation, matching 401k plan, and bonus incentives as well as provide opportunities for employees to grow and move up in the organization.

Professional and positive attitude and desire to grow Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work with interruptions and manage multiple priorities Must be detailed oriented Pleasant phone skills with a caring and kind attitude At AZ Max, we offer a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with expertise ranging from corrective jaw surgery to wisdom tooth removal.
We can also diagnose and treat facial pain, facial injuries, TMJ disorders, and perform a full range of dental implant and bone grafting procedures.
