Job Summary The Human Resources Generalist provides support and recommendations to the delivery of human resources services with specific responsibility for providing information to employees regarding policies and regulations; addressing a variety of issues and/or providing support to managers; maintaining records, files and databases of personnel actions, evaluation, and longevity; and ensuring that personnel functions conform to applicable regulatory requirements.
Responsible for benefit administration for all employees in the responsible locations/programs.
Manages ADA, FMLA, FLSA established processes and procedures.
Skills/Requirements:
Associates in a related field, or 3 years' experience in the HR field, or Any similar combination of education and experience CBI Offers an excellent benefits package!
