$175K - $221K a year Responsibilities Commercial Litigation Attorney will be responsible for managing all phases of litigation from inception of case through settlement, mediation, or trial; Perform complex legal work over a wide range of civil litigation cases; and Advising management and corporate legal team on commercial litigation strategies and issues.
Job Qualifications Minimum of 8 years of substantive commercial litigation experience with a corporate legal department or law firm; Experience in complex commercial litigation; Leadership role with commercial litigation and dispute resolution; Willingness to work outside of your comfort zone in a rapidly evolving and growing start-up environment; Proven track record of learning quickly, taking initiative, being resourceful, and taking on additional responsibility; Law degree (J.
D.
) from ABA-accredited institution and active membership in at least one US State Bar; Experience/familiarity with Dropbox and Apple MacOS ; Excellent writing skills; Courtroom experience a plus; Detail oriented with excellent writing and case analysis ability; and Must have civil commercial litigation experience.
