Duties:
- Manage patient intake procedures and ensure accurate data entry - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars - Verify insurance information and process patient referrals - Assist with medical records management - Handle phone calls and inquiries in a professional manner - Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure efficient patient flow
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role within a healthcare setting - Familiarity with medical terminology and electronic health records systems like Epic - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including handling emergency room (ER) admissions - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
