Job Description
Promote and sell specific product lines to established and potential customers for the purpose of increasing market share and growing sales and gross profit dollars while meeting or exceeding specific performance standards.

Job Responsibilities

Travel throughout assigned territory to call on existing target and transition accounts as well as prospective customers with the purpose of sustaining and growing market share; promote and sell company products; execute in-depth selling in all accounts
Plan, coordinate and make sales presentations; display or demonstrate products using samples or catalogs
Establish with management and achieve specific goals with set specific static account list of target accounts
Possess, or acquire in a reasonable time, in-depth knowledge of product line; maintain knowledge of market, current market share position, and competitors; establish strategy to secure competitors' business
Work closely with PaperPlus store manager, keeping them apprised of customer needs and any deviations
Work with vendors and core suppliers to develop new business and protect existing business
Participate in all local business unit sales meetings
Quote prices and credit terms, estimate delivery dates, and prepare sales contracts; understand, exercise, and promote operational/sales requirements, understand and achieve order profitability with small and quick commercial print
Follow established accounting and credit handling procedures; assist Credit department with collections and turn in cash receipts daily
Obtain signed purchase orders for all custom products
Prepare required end of month tracking reports
Maintain complete customer files and maintain complete account information
Execute Retail Store marketing programs
Ensure store sales, margin and profitability targets are achieved
Other related duties and responsibilities as required or assigned
Location: Mesa, AZ or any major U.S. metropolitan city
Required Skills
Good working knowledge of product lines, distribution methods, and pricing methods
Established sales techniques
Should be familiar with geographical area for assigned territories
literacy and knowledge of proprietary databases and systems as required
Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
Major or Specialty Area:Sales/Marketing
One to three years experience in outside sales in related industry. Commercial Printing or Paper Industry Experience Preferred
Regularly uses telephone, fax, copier, calculator, and computer. Demonstrates equipment, machinery or other products
Regularly required to talk and listen, drive a motor vehicle to travel throughout assigned territory, and lift or move 10 or more pounds (occasionally may be up to 75 pounds). Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, climb in and out of vehicle, use hands and fingers, and reach with hands and arms

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
