The candidate will assist and provide a range of legal support and administration to lawyers and other firm professionals engaged in tax relief and social security. Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree or certificate program in paralegal studies required. Paralegal certification may be required. Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 experience preferred. Should have thorough knowledge of: legal principles and practices, legal research techniques, legal terminology, and legal communication principles and practices In depth knowledge of local, state and federal laws and regulations required. Relevant computer knowledge and experience needed.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
