As an Account Manager, we want you to leverage your outstanding interpersonal skills to bring an open, interactive dynamic approach to dealer relations. When a new dealer joins our family, your personal touch will foster a trusting, long-term partnership that keeps that dealer working with GO. Your prioritization and perceptiveness will help us quickly address any questions or needs that may arise throughout the funding process or partnership. In addition, your strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities will assist the dealers and GO in measuring risk, allowing smart, timely relationship-oriented approaches to be implemented. In this role, you would also facilitate communication amongst our Verifications and Sales teams, streamlining strategy by sharing insights based on interaction with and feedback from dealers.

The duties and responsibilities listed below are intended to provide general guidelines and parameters for the job and are not intended to be a comprehensive, detailed description of the job.
Dealer Onboarding. Work with assigned Sales Team Member to establish post-onboarding follow up details; reach out with an introductory call and provide all information and resources new dealer may need for questions about set up of successful program
Relationship Development. Enhance our customer relationship-oriented approach using your unique interpersonal skills to establish, promote, and maintain excellent customer servicewith our partner dealerships and internal customer groups
Operational & Portfolio Awareness: Demonstrate understanding and balance between dealership effectiveness through sales and solid loan performance. Partner closely with dealers and discuss strategies for immediate and future success.
Time & Task Prioritization. Exhibit conscientiousness and commitment to high-quality, reliable service by ensuring quick, efficient funding to the dealerships and through vigilant observation of deadlines
Collaborative Consultation. Openly communicate with the Verifications Team about the hours prior to funding and answer any questions regarding deal/underwriting issues; touch base with Sales Team on shared dealer partners, discuss and implement strategies to improve engagement with program
Partnership Management. Update account information for existing dealer partners and document notes throughout the day using a customer relationship management tool (CRM) to reflect any important conversations with dealers that took place
Team Leadership . Set an example as a driven, strong interdependent team player amongst your peers and help lead others by providing guidance for dealers in the management of their account and portfolio
Dynamic Learning. Develop an understanding of the subprime market place, our competitors, the business climate and practices. Maintain thorough and extensive knowledge of all GO products, services, operations, and related areas
Funding Facilitation & Risk Analysis Review submitted deals and applications, respond to any urgent messages or inquiries; be available for and give priority to all dealer calls. Measure risk of deals and underwriting decisions.

_Qualified applicants will possess:_
An outstanding record as an up and coming leader. Ideally should have 3
years of experience, preferably in underwriting, inside sales, business-to-business relationship management or combination of experience.
As a start-up, the ability to deal with change and ambiguity, along with the ability to help identify and grow ideas for business process improvement.
Self-motivation that is fixated on performance excellence.
Strong business acumen with big-picture understanding of financial planning, business communications, and operations oversight.
A Bachelor''s degree from an accredited institution of higher learning.

Excellent leadership, communication (especially phone conversation), interpersonal, and presentation skills.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
