Project Manager
. As a Project Manager, you will act as the G4S liaison with the client and will be the leader in coordinating communication and standardization of operations for the assigned locations utilizing uniformed security officer services that includes coordinating services, providing exceptional customer service, effectively managing people and costs, supporting leadership, ensuring contract compliance, adherence to established site security procedures, drive operational accountability through effective change management.
As the Project Manager, you will lead the effort to efficiently and effectively provide guard services and asset (lives, buildings, equipment, data, and intellectual property) protection within the assigned region. You will ensure the effective use of resources (manpower, hardware, and software), metrics, and communication so that they provide Site Leadership with a high level of confidence in, perceived value from, and support of contractor's services. This position is often responsible for one large client location, but may be responsible for multiple locations.

Role Responsibility:
Enhance, track, and report on metrics which are key performance indicators, allowing performance improvements so that the desired outcomes are achieved to plan and in a timely manner
Ensure that team members understand, align performance and actions with and can clearly articulate the vision and values of the organization and their department
Serve as department's liaison and security subject matter expert
Accomplish G4S objectives by establishing action plans, timetables, and outcome measurements; obtaining and allocating resources; reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections
Maintain results by recruiting and selecting key managers; coaching, counseling, and disciplining managers; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
Solidify existing relationships with Line of Business executives by actively engaging in dialogue and by supporting key initiatives and activities
Achieve financial goals by establishing objectives; developing and monitoring budgets; controlling and reducing costs; optimizing use of department assets
Ensure comprehension of current Emergency Response Plan
Continually search for ways to add value and to position the organization for future success
The Ideal Candidate:
Education, Licenses and Certifications Required
High school graduate or equivalent
Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary state or federal licensing requirements
Type and Length of Specific Experience Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a position of increasing responsibility within the security field including experience leading a comparable sized organization
Prior work experience in a leadership role within a performance based, action and results oriented management team
Work history must include each of the following:

Must be able to pass an extensive background check, including criminal history, personal references, employment and education verifications, and Department of Motor Vehicle and credit checks if applicable
Must be able to provide, upon job offer, a DD214 discharge document with discharge status indicated, if prior military

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
