Creative Human Resources Concepts, LLC (CHRC), is a full service staffing company providing contract labor and regular placements to a variety of businesses. CHRC successfully places all types of employees to include skilled labor, technicians, inspectors, engineering, information systems, professional and administrative support.
CHRC is looking for a Staffing Coordinator / Recruiter to be part of our Team!
JOB DUTIES:
Able to successfully fulfill all needed staffing coordinator and placement services.
Identify, develop and maintain positive client relationships.
Maintaining and servicing existing assigned accounts in the marketplace with contacts on a regular basis.
Aiding in developing marketing strategies within staffing industry.
Work closely with CHRC Team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Backup Payroll department as necessary.
Other duties as required.
REQUIRED EDUCATION/
Experience:
Minimum of HS diploma and 3
years previous experience in a staffing coordinator recruitment type environment.
Previous staffing agency experience preferred.
Must have basic experience processing payroll through ADP Workforce Now.
City Government experience preferred.
Proven ability to develop excellent customer relationships.
Must have a very professional and positive attitude towards customers and co-workers.
Must be very detail oriented and have time management and organizational skills.
Ability to analyze, solve problems and maintain confidentially of sensitive information.
Self-motivator, self-starter and able to self-manage.
Must have strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Must have strong computer skills, in Word and Excel.
Must be able to pass a full pre-employment background check and a DOD Security Clearance, if needed.
Shift/Hours: Mon-Fri 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Position Status: Contract to Direct
Pay Range: TBD - DOE
