Utilities include (SRP, City of Mesa, Cox Internet, house cleaning 2x/month, landscaping 1x/month, & pest control 1x/quarter) Chores may be assigned to keep house in order. QUALIFICATIONS: -Must Submit a Rental App & will perform an independent background and credit check -Must provide proof of income -No past evictions -Non Smoker -Must be clean with a clean background history. -No pets -Only for an individual, no couples.
